We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item using the provided label
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Bedding and linens that have been washed or used
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please document any damage with photos before contacting us.
